Yes, we accept various insurance plans, including those through Headway. We will always run an eligibility check before your first appointment to ensure coverage.

Appointments are scheduled with the understanding that the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, other clients are denied the opportunity to use that time. As a result, there is a $75 fee for missed appointments or those not canceled within the required 24-hour notice (e.g., for a Monday appointment, cancellation must be made by Sunday).

Yes, we do! The rate for an initial evaluation is $250, and each follow-up appointment is $150. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Square, a secure and easy-to-use payment platform. Square ensures all transactions are encrypted for security and provides detailed reporting to help track payments. Please note that we do not accept checks or cash.
